This Privacy Policy is effective as of January 1st 2008.

PMA collects information from qualified investors, and allows these investors to become registered users of the Site. In connection with determining if an investor is qualified, PMA (whether via this Site or via other media) collects first and last name, email address, phone number, and the name of the potential investor's organization. You also have the option of providing your postal address. When a user enters the Site, the PMA server may log non-personal information about the user such as browser, operating system, Internet provider, and connection speed. This information, as well as keeping a record of the number of people who visit the Site and where they visit the most, helps PMA keep the Site technologically compatible and helpful to all visitors as well as being treated in similar manner to Personal Data collected otherwise.

PMA uses the information, including Personal Data, you provide to process your requests, and may contact you by phone after you submit your request including to obtain further information. PMA may also use information provided to send you information about its products or services, to invite you to participate in additional features or services, to evaluate what parts of the Site are of interest to you, to improve its products and services, and to improve the offerings on its Site. PMA will disclose your Personal Data (1) if, in good faith, it believes it is required by law to do so, including but not limited to disclosure to law enforcement or other government officials in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringement, or other activity that is illegal or may expose PMA to legal liability; and (2) in the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or other similar event, your personally identifiable information may be transferred to PMA's successor; and (3) to the Personal Data collected from you may be used by PMA and/or any company within the PMA group of companies and/or any of its associated companies, within or outside Hong Kong, for direct marketing purposes and in this connection, PMA may transfer or disclose such information to any of those other companies. PMA will cease to use the Personal Data for direct marketing purposes if you request us to do so and accordingly the Personal Data will be erased or destroyed.

PMA is fully committed to protecting the privacy interests of individuals who provide us with information about themselves and to complying with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (the "Ordinance") in Hong Kong. In doing so, we instruct our staff to comply with strict internal standards of security and confidentiality.

You are entitled under the Ordinance to be informed by PMA whether it holds Personal Data about you and to request access to and/or correction of any such Personal Data. Any such request may be made to:
